A pair of Vintage Art Deco style metal cuffs or bracelets with etched foliage pattern & applied metal & black glass adornment. They have a hinged opening with a raised catch. They are plated wand show some plate losses and are surprisingly comfortable on. They may possibly be theatrical pieces but i cannot be certain, they are however a very nice item
