Art Deco 1930s dress clip or brooch of black glass studded with clear diamanté & finest metal studs with a good strong metal clip.
There is a brass pin showing up on the top of the clip, which was part of its construction when the metal fitting was added, it shows up more as I gave it a clean and it polished up but will dull off, please view all photos
