Antique black satin walking skirt. Fully lined in brown cotton with a bound inner hem to prevent wear and a finely Pleated hem with bead & silk tuft trim.
It is Pleated into the waistband and has a long pocket inserted into the side seam
In excellent clean condition with no odours and completely hand sewn
There are 2 brass hooks & eyes on the waistband. It looks like a piece may have been added at some point & there are a few marks on the waistband near the fasteners as if something has been sewn on or attached then removed
Some slight wear to area around fastening/ pocket area, please view all photos.
The lining and hem protection is in very good condition
