1920s 1930s Art Deco black velvet cocoon cape with large feature collar . The collar has hand applied circles all over with visible stitches which add to the design.
The cape is gathered into the neckline and shoulders beneath the collar.

Condition: The velvet is a good black with no visible colour fade or loss and is in very good condition, some small areas of slight pile crush but no apparent damage.
The lining does have some light marks in the back neckline area, please view all photos which have been taken in bright daylight
