1931 stunning silver mounted green Sunburst guilloche enamel round purse mirror with green tassel
The enamel appears to be perfect with no obvious damage and is a wonderful sunray design popular in the 1930s. The silver edge is hallmarked Birmingham 1931 and has a makers mark which is slightly worn obscuring the first initial possibly a T then & S possibly Turner & Simpson Anchor Birmingham assay mark Date letter G for 1931 Lion passant all in shields
Dimensions overall diameter 65 mm 86.5 mm including silver handle Tassel approximately 10.5 cm
Mirror showing only very slight issues but nothing detrimental slight tarnishing as it’s silver but that will disappear with a light polish
