1920s 1930s black & blue opera cape with large padded collar.
Externally black silk & lined in a blue silk.
The black collar has black & blue tab decoration to both sides, between the lines of decorative tabs it is gathered or ruched.
The shoulder/ neck section has gathered sections as part of the design for decoration and fullness.
Long black silk fringe to the scalloped hem.
Front neck ties
The cape is a good deep even black and the blue is almost a turquoise, the blue does have some stains to the inside front and on the ties. I don’t know whether these would come out with a specialist clean.
